 Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit except in cases where products are defective, damaged upon arrival, or do not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

 If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within days of delivery. To request a replacement or refund, please provide proof of damage (e.g., photos) and return the item in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any refund or replacement. 

Service-Based Refunds

Service-Based Refunds For services rendered, refunds are only issued in cases where the service was not provided as agreed upon. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the service date. Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

Exceptions

Certain items or services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to: • Digital products or downloadable content

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable goods

• Gift cards or promotional purchases
